1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jitbazi ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of all services, games, betting markets, features, promotions, and content available through the jitbazi website and any associated mobile-optimised interface.

By completing the registration process, by depositing funds, or by placing any wager on the jitbazi platform, you represent and warrant that: (a) you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in full; (b) you agree to be bound by them without qualification or reservation; (c) you meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of this Agreement; and (d) the information you have provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete.

jitbazi reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any revised Terms & Conditions constitutes acceptance of the changes. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically. The effective date shown at the top of this page indicates when the current version came into force.

These Terms & Conditions should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and jitbazi.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on jitbazi, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. Players aged 17 or below are strictly prohibited from using any part of this platform, including free-play or demo modes where available.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, consultant, director, or officer of jitbazi, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from jitbazi or had your account permanently closed for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list that would prohibit your participation in online gambling activities.
• Participation in online betting and casino activities is not prohibited under the laws applicable to your specific location at the time of access. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of your participation.

jitbazi reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time, including at the point of registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or following any account activity that triggers our risk management protocols. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by our verification team will result in the suspension of account services until the requirement is satisfied.

Where jitbazi discovers or reasonably suspects that a player is under the age of 18, the account will be suspended immediately, all pending transactions will be frozen, any winnings derived from wagers placed during the period of suspected underage access will be forfeited, and the matter may be escalated to appropriate authorities. Deposited funds not associated with forfeited winnings will be returned to the source payment method after verification of the correct recipient.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each eligible player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on jitbazi. Creating, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts — whether under the same name, identity document, mobile number, email address, device, IP address, or payment method — is a material breach of this Agreement and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or bonuses within those accounts.

If you believe a duplicate account has been created in error, you must contact our support team immediately at support at jitbazi to request resolution. Proactive disclosure of a duplicate account is treated more favourably than discovery through our internal monitoring systems.

3.2 Registration Information

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and current information including your full legal name (as it appears on your national identity document), date of birth, mobile number, and preferred payment method details. jitbazi uses this information for account verification, payment processing, and responsible gaming compliance. Any false or misleading information provided during registration constitutes a breach of this Agreement.

3.3 KYC Verification

jitbazi operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification programme. Depending on your account activity and transaction history, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo ID; a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address; and documentation confirming your payment method ownership (for example, a screenshot of your registered bKash or Nagad account details matching your registration information). KYC documents are reviewed by our compliance team and retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. jitbazi will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where that access results from your failure to protect your credentials. If you suspect that your account has been compromised, you must notify our support team immediately so that appropriate protective measures can be taken.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jitbazi accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. We may add or remove supported payment methods at our discretion; any changes will be communicated to active players with reasonable notice. All transactions are processed in BDT and credited or debited from your account balance in BDT. There are no currency conversion fees imposed by jitbazi.

4.2 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 across all supported mobile wallet methods.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance within 60 seconds of confirmation from the payment provider under normal operating conditions.
• Deposits that are pending or unconfirmed due to network issues on the payment provider's side are not within jitbazi's control; in such cases, contact our 24/7 support with your transaction reference number.
• jitbazi does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay number used to deposit must be registered in your own name and match the information on your jitbazi account.
• Deposits made from unverified or third-party payment sources may be reversed, and associated winnings may be forfeited pending investigation.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification status.
• Standard withdrawal processing time via bKash and Nagad is within one hour under normal operating conditions. Processing times during peak periods or following large withdrawal requests may be extended.
• jitbazi reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal request above a threshold determined by our risk management team. Players will be informed if such a check is initiated.
• Withdrawals are not processed until any applicable bonus wagering requirements have been met. Attempting to withdraw a bonus-linked balance before satisfying wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the bonus portion of the balance.
• jitbazi does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. However, your payment provider may apply their own service charges, for which jitbazi accepts no responsibility.

4.4 Chargebacks and Disputed Transactions

Initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal through your bank or payment provider in respect of a valid deposit made to your jitbazi account constitutes a breach of this Agreement. jitbazi will suspend the account immediately upon receiving notice of a chargeback and will pursue recovery of the disputed amount plus any reasonable administrative costs incurred as a result of the chargeback process.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

jitbazi offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer-specific terms:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players aged 18 and above who hold a fully verified jitbazi account.
• Each promotion is subject to a stated wagering requirement expressed as a multiplier (for example, 20x means the bonus amount must be wagered twenty times before withdrawal of the bonus or bonus-derived winnings is permitted).
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each promotion. Bonuses that expire before the wagering requirement is met are forfeited without compensation.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate. The contribution rate for each game type is disclosed in the promotion-specific terms.
• jitbazi reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or expire any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already opted in and begun meeting the wagering requirement, the player's progress will be honoured for a reasonable period as communicated by our support team.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, exploiting software errors, or engaging in coordinated wagering patterns designed to eliminate risk — will result in the forfeiture of all associated bonuses and may result in permanent account closure.
• jitbazi does not offer bonuses linked to credit card deposits. Bonuses are only issued in connection with deposits made via the approved payment methods listed in Section 4.1.

6. User Obligations

As a registered player on jitbazi, you agree to use the platform in good faith and in compliance with this Agreement at all times. The following obligations apply to your use of all platform features, including sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and any customer support interactions:

6.1 Prohibited Conduct

• You must not attempt to defraud jitbazi or any other player on the platform through any means, including collusion, match-fixing, use of automated betting software ("bots"), or exploitation of software vulnerabilities.
• You must not access or attempt to access any area of the platform for which you do not have authorisation, including attempting to view or modify another player's account data.
• You must not use the platform in connection with any money laundering activity. jitbazi monitors transactions for suspicious patterns and may report activity to relevant financial intelligence authorities.
• You must not use VPN, proxy, or IP-masking technologies to misrepresent your geographic location for the purpose of bypassing access restrictions or claiming geo-restricted promotions.
• You must not engage in abusive, threatening, or offensive communication with any jitbazi staff member or other player, whether through live chat, email, or any other channel.

6.2 Responsible Use

You acknowledge that gambling carries an inherent risk of financial loss and that jitbazi does not guarantee any specific outcome or return on any wager. You agree to make all betting and casino decisions based on your own judgment and within financial limits that you can afford. You are encouraged to use the responsible gaming tools available in your account settings, including deposit limits, session reminders, and time-out features. 6.3 Accurate Information

You are obligated to keep your account information current and accurate. If any of your registration details change — including your mobile number, email address, or payment method — you must update your account promptly. Failure to maintain accurate information may delay KYC verification, payment processing, or account recovery in the event of a security incident.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Player-Initiated Closure

You may request the closure of your jitbazi account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, any remaining balance in your account (net of applicable bonus conditions) will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method. Account closure requests are typically processed within 48 hours. 7.2 Platform-Initiated Suspension or Closure

jitbazi reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements in Section 2.
• Suspicious account activity, including patterns consistent with bonus abuse, money laundering, or fraudulent payment transactions.
• Receipt of a verified self-exclusion request, whether submitted directly to jitbazi or through a third-party exclusion scheme.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring account restriction.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, jitbazi reserves the right to forfeit any account balance, withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation, and recover any costs incurred as a result of the breach. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, the remaining balance will be returned in full.

7.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. jitbazi will notify you by email or SMS before applying a dormancy fee. Dormant account fees, if applicable, will be disclosed in the notification. You may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and completing any required re-verification steps.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Platform Availability

jitbazi endeavours to maintain platform availability at all times but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions, third-party service disruptions (including payment gateway outages), internet infrastructure issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. jitbazi shall not be liable for any loss of betting opportunity, missed promotional window, or financial loss arising from platform unavailability.

8.2 Betting Outcomes

All bets and wagers placed on jitbazi are subject to the outcome of the relevant sporting event, casino game RNG, or crash game algorithm. jitbazi does not guarantee any specific return, payout, or outcome. You accept that gambling involves financial risk and that losses are a normal and expected outcome of participation. jitbazi shall not be liable for any financial loss arising from the outcome of any bet, game, or wager placed on the platform.

8.3 Third-Party Game Providers

Games available on jitbazi are supplied by third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and Play'n GO. While jitbazi partners only with certified providers, it does not control the underlying game software or RNG systems. In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or software error that affects the outcome of a game round, jitbazi will apply the relevant game provider's void bet policy. jitbazi's liability in such cases is limited to the return of the stake placed on the affected game round.

8.4 Maximum Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jitbazi's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jitbazi account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits jitbazi's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

8.5 Governing Language

These Terms & Conditions are drafted and maintained in English. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.

8.6 Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Agreement, which shall continue in full force and effect. The severed provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent of the severed clause.

8.7 Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and jitbazi with respect to your use of the platform and supersedes all prior representations, understandings, or agreements, whether written or oral.
